[John Chatfield Page Collection]. 1930-1947.

Collection consists of the diaries of John Chatfield Page. The library holds complete digital facsimiles. Within the diaries, John Chatfield Page recorded daily temperatures, office activities, and descriptions of major events that occurred during the construction of Boulder (later Hoover) Dam and in the early development of Boulder City. This collection also contains a small amount of ephemera and biographical material on Page which provides information on his career with the Bureau of Reclamation.
